Bishop Stortford Death in 1984

Hi, Can anyone help with information about Christopher Eric Pleydell WILTON who died at Bishop Stortford in 1984. I know he married a Marion COOPER in Bengal India on 8th April 1922. I am trying to find out if he had any children.  He is part of my WILTON family research.

You could see if he left a Will, if so that could well mention any children he had.
Too late for the part of the Probate index that is online, but you could check in London or apply for a search.

Who registered his death? Was that his widow, or a son/daughter?

Looks like Diana became a nurse and went to S.Rhodesia in 1958. She would have been 29yrs old by then. Now I have to wonder what happened to her. Married?? Died?? and where.
Still hoping to find a newspaper report of her father (Christopher) death.
