Thomas Broughton Jackson

Hi Everyone,
  Thomas Broughton Jackson, can only find him on his daughters marriage certificate, dated dec 7th 1901, rank or profession of father 'Marine Captain' the marriage took place in Abertillery (think that is the spelling). Any ideas, advice or help would be great.

Who is the daughter? NAme? When where born if known? If not, can you find her after her marriage on 1911 to find her age and place of birth? Then we can look for her as a child and try to locate her dad that way.

Her name is Lavinia Jackson, born in Hull, East Yorkshire DoB abt 1882. Have tried that with no luck, however if you can find something That I have missed, I will be over the moon

In 1881 there is an Ada Jackson age 6 and bn Hull, with grandparents William and Sarah Broughton

Willliam and Sarah Broughton (bn Cleethorpes) are on 1871 at RG10 3415 91 5 and 1861 at RG9 2390 54 22

1861 has 8 yr old Lavinia there

So it does seem the Broughton name came from LAvinia

I just wonder if this is her in 1881, called Elizabeth ... maybe, maybe not. If so, then I dont know what happened to all these children born after Ada (who is visiting grandparents) but before Lavinia jnr
