Marriages 1820

Hi all
Advice please is it possible to view marriages at the archives that took place in 1820 in leominister Herefordshire ?

If anyone is going to archives and has chance to look up for me please get in touch it would be very much appreciated

The archives are still closed for relocation, till 2015 I think now, although they still provide a research service at a cost.

The info I'm looking for is marriage 22/10/1820 Leominster Hereford
John Downes & Mary Ann Davies

If anyone can see any further info on this family I'd most grateful
I have one daughter Hannah Downes who married John weaver & have their marriage info

A search for john downes produces a christening for a John Bill Downes 13 june 1797 Much Wenlock Shropshire.   Parents William downes and Mary.

as the marriage on familysearch was for John Bill Downes this has to be a possibility.
