When and where did Henry Largent Keer of Marlesford, Suffolk die?

My Great, Great Grandfather Henry Largent Keer born 1825 in Ufford, Suffolk was the son of Henry Keer and Sarah Largent.Henry married Margaret Walker on 5 November 1850 in Hacheston, Suffolk.
Henry and Margaret had 4 children Thomas born 1851, George born 1852, Arthur 1854 - 1854, Ellen 1856 - 1858. (have baptisms for all the children)
Henry is on the 1841 census, 1851 census with wife. He is not on the 1861 census, his wife is living with her parents and Thomas and George.
Death announcement for Ellen in Ipswich paper only mentions mother.
From newspaper articles either he and / or his father (both where farmers) went bankrupt.
I have found a death notice for Henry L Keer  in the Ipswich Journal, Suffolk, England, Saturday, February 27 1875.
Quote " KEER, December 5th 1874 at Sydney, New South Wales, Henry L Keer late of Marlesford, Suffolk."
Every thing fits except I haven't been able to find any proof that he went to Australia or that he died there. He just disappears after 1856.Australia dated 5 Dec 1874, but have not found anything in Australia to confirm it.
Where did he go and when and where did he die?
It was suggested I try posting here as I have not had any luck else where

there are a lot of online Sydney /NSW records but I can't find anything. newspaper certainly does seem like him.

on Ellens death notice in the paper she is only down as beloved child of Mrs Henry Keer which suggests that he was gone by then.
