I have her baptism & census for 1861 & 1862 then a brickwall. Help please.

Brick wall going back?  In which case who are her parents from baptism and census, did she have older siblings, where were they born where were parents born etc.

Or brick wall going forward in time? Ie presumably she married ......?

Im not seeing her in 1881 as Cunningham, nor a marriage locally.
But there are Sarah's of the right age in other parts of the country, just "bn Essex" that might be her. I havent checked them back to marriages at all.
Not seeing a death for her locally either.
One idea would be to follow her siblings(there were plenty of them!) and see if she is a witness at any of their marriages. Or to see if she was the informant at either of her parents deaths.  You might get a clue as to a married surname via either of those ideas.
