There is a baptism in the Chapel of Little Leigh, on the 12th May 1822 Elizabeth Park the daughter of John & Ann of Bartington, a labourer.

There is also a son John baptised on the 29th August 1824, same details as above, with the exception that the mother is spelt Ann[e].

Possibly John Parkes & Ann Bebbington 18th August 1816 at DAVENHAM: St. Wilfrid.
John is of the parish of Great Budworth, Ann from Davenham.

You should look for more children from this marriage.
Does this family tie in with the marriage to William Walker in 1843, as the witness to this marriage is a Jane Parks? this might help you tie down the family a bit more.
