Hi.  I am looking for information on the family of Edward Regan and Bridget Glavin (died 1906).  They were both born in Ireland, sometime between 1844 – 1848.  They travelled separately to the United States and married sometime between 1864 – 1870 in Massachusetts and settled there. They had at least 5 children;
1.    John W. Regan 1869 – 1942, he was born in Dorchester, Suffolk.  I think he married and moved to California.
2.   Edward (Eddie) Regan 1872 – 1874.
3.   Mary Aloysuis Regan 1874.  In 1911 she married Patrick Barry (his parents were Patrick Barry and Johannah Hays) in Pasadena, Los Angeles, California.
4.   Thomas J. Regan 1875 – 1945.  I think he married and moved to California.
5.   Elizabeth M. Regan 1880.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
Scanlon/Glavin/Murphy.

The death of Thomas seems to show up a few years later than you gave:-

The birth of Thomas J Regan was 18 Jan 1876 - Father Edward - Mother Bridget.

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/F4RF-J7X

The California death record gives 18 Jan 1875 and died 13 January 1948 Los Angeles. Mother Glavin Father Regan.

Wow....thank you for your quick responses.

Ultimately, what I was looking for was.....if there are any cousins Regan's or Barry's.

I have spent the past few weeks trying to track this family with their children.  There are discrepancies in some of the dates e.g. as I moved from Census to Census, dates were different, dates of immigrating were different.

The birth year of Edward Regan seems to vary - this could be a possibility for the death of a Edward Regan born 1851 and died 19 March 1928 Los Angeles, California at the age of 77 years.
