I'm looking into my Grandfather's history and don't really have much to go on. His half brother is still alive and gave me a few details.

My grandad was called William-James Gibson (16 February 1915 - April 1995) and he came from Boa Island. His father was also William-James, who married three times (But, my grandfather lived with his grandfather on Horse Island, near Pettigo/Kesh?) . I believe my Great-Grandmothers surname was Smith/Smyth? My grandfather had two fully related sisters called Jean and Madge. Also, supposedly my grandfather's uncle was hung? I have no idea, but thanks in advance if you can help. :)
