HI.

Would be handy if we knew the parents names as well ?

Looks as if 514 146 St New York was a new rental building - built in 1910 - known as Hamilton Heights.

On the thread linked above http://www.irelandxo.com/node/25047 - it was suggested that this could be the Stapleton family. Would be great if we could establish if this was the correct family.

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tipperary/Thurles_Town/Stradavoher/1715972/

If it is the correct census - it shows a James aged 16 in 1901 so that would make the James you are looking for born about 1885. It doesn't show William with the family in 1901 but there was a suggestion he was a farm servant else where ?

There is a Clement Stapleton listed aged 15 years -

1911 Ireland census - Same family.

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tipperary/Kilmore/Cooleen/823229/

A New York passenger List shows a Clement Stapleton born 1887 nenogh as transcribed) going Queenstown Ireland to New York on the Baltic 29 th May 1911. Mother Mrs M Stapleton Coolan Silvermines Nenagh Co Tipperary. Clement single, labourer.  Going to brother William Stapleton, 514 West 133 Street New York.

That address seems to be in the same area as the one William was going to on the 1910 passenger list - wondering if this was a brother ?
