restoration help needed with daniels family photo

hi,,
please could anyone help with this photo,,,,we have put it on here a few months back but was told it needed to be reduced in size (300dpi) or the original photo,,,,,alas we could not put our hands on the original but we were sent a rescan,which appears to be abit clearer and hopefully now the correct dpi......

it would be lovely if any of you clever people could perhaps clean and tidy it up abit,,any help would be greatly appreciated....

Hi Michelle...this is only scanned at 92dpi and badly compressed...It really needs to be scanned at 300dpi for best results..This is what we see.
