 did you have a method when searching, took me ages and I failed..



Both are very common names and so it took me about 5 or 10 minutes to find them. I just looked at the Dublin entries for potential matches, and then when that didn’t work, widened the field to adjacent places eg Kildare & Wicklow.

Marriages usually take place in the brides parish so as Elwyn said its always worth wideing the search to surrounding counties.
A lot of women from all over the country would have moved to Dublin for work so it's quite possible she was from Kildare or even further away.
