Henry Moneyment - mar. Mary Peters 5-3-1743 Norwich

Hi folks,

I wonder if anyone can help me with a parish for the above couple who married in 5-3-1743.

I have found them on the IGI but all it says they married in Norwich so supect it was taken from
the Arch. transcripts.

I have looked thru many of the original registers on F/S with out success.

Any help will be most appreciated.

I believe they could be the parents of Elizabeth Moneyman who was bapt. 1757 in North Walsham.

Many thanks for both of your help.

I have managed to find the original archd/ns transcripts for Southrepps for the marriage of Henry Monieman & Peircy Newland and the Worstead baptism register for James (although some of the pages were so feint they were un-readable)

The baptism for Peircy Newland is proving a little more difficult as only  Norwich is mentioned and there a lot of churches to view (not all are available)

Strangely I fail to get anything on F/Search or FREEreg for a baptism in 1734 - what could I be doing wrongly?

It looks as if Freereg have not transcribed the records for Southrepps yet-it does not appear in the list of parishes.

Thats a great find for Peircy Newlands baptism in Southrepps  BTs - how did you find that page? It appears to be the only one for this parish.

Unfortunately, it doesn't say whether it was a male or female bapt.
