They don't appear to be online :-(

Baptisms 1801-37 are on the Cambs Baptism Index at http://www.cfhs.org.uk/searchsd.cfm

I can't see that Cambs FHS has a transcript available for sale.

Cambs FHS do have St. Giles PR transcript for sale but its not easy to find!

On their site home page click on CHFS Shop at the top, then click LIST and scroll down to:

CD-Rom CD/PR/045 Cambridge, St Giles Parish Registers 1585-1950 & Cambridge St Peter Parish Registers 1586-1908.... £20.00 

Quite a way further down they still list St. Giles PRs on fiche at £10.50 but many fiche have now sold out so if you were interested in those it would be best to contact the bookstall an email address for which can be found by going to the Contacts tab on the home page.
