Charlotte MAHER parents?

I know that Charlotte Maher was a cousin of Kathleen McGovern[born1901].Charlotte married ? Holmberg and had  a daughter Moria.Dates are varied but could be around late 1800,s to early 1900,s in Victoria most likely Ballarat area.
I would like to find her parents names .   as yet still finding the road muddy. wegsgirl

Thank you Sue  and Alison for such a quick reply .This has really filled in some of my missing relatives.
Now that I have found Charlotte parents I wonder if George Al Maher [her father]is a brother of my grandmother  Elizabeth[Maher] McGovern born 1861 and m Patrick Mcgovern.If so could you give me any other information about this  side of my family. I have very little to go on . If not please suggest some sites for me to check .Many thanks again wegsgirl

I had a bit of a look around for the interment details for CHARLOTTE JANE HOLMSBERG but I cannot as yet locate her.

Hi those interested in Charlotte MAHER, I am hoping you can help me with a problem.

Charlotte's parents seem to be George Alexander MAHER and Caroline M MAHER nee LUCAS.  Both George and Caroline are buried at Footscray Cemetary, location 4-C-783.  In the grave with them is Dudley Edward JACOB and Simon RICHARDS.  Simon is my great grandfather.  I am trying to establish if he has mistakenly been registered as being in that grave or not.  I have not been able to find any connection between the MAHER or RICHARDS families.  His wife Jessie RICHARDS and his stepson William FTIZPATRICK are buried at location 3-C-783.  I have been to the cemetary and the old registers say that this is correct but I feel that this is a clerical error when the registers where being filled out originally.  Can any of you shed any further detail?  Is Dudley Edward JACOB also your family?
