Have you started off with a straight-forward google search to see what turns up?

Added:
There is an Aigburth in Leicester - just checking you are in the correct county?

Aigburth House might just be a block of flats.

Added:
Go to google maps and search for
'aigburth house, aigburth vale L17'
and Aigburth House pops up, then zoom in on satellite view/street view.

In the 1968 Kelly's Directory Aigburth House was described as an 'Aged Persons Hostel', run by Liverpool City Council.
It was closed and demolished a few years ago, and the site was built on.  It was close to Sefton Park and Park Avenue.
Aigburth People's Hall was built as a non-alcoholic social club, early 20th century, licensed in more recent times and now run for profit.
Aigburth Hall was a mile or so away, a large mansion, demolished in the 1930s and also built over.
The first two in L17, the last in L19.
