This is a  a possible baptism for the William Wilson I'm looking at:

Dec-25 1818 Baptism Ackworth St Cuthberts
WILSON William, Parents James and Elizabeth of Low Town, Father's Occupation: Mason.

I can't see a Marriage for William Wilson and Ann (Born Ireland, 1828).

If it is the one that I'm looking at, - it might explain why I can't find her in the later Censuses. It looks as though her Mother also died in 1861:-(

Not sure that would be Mary Ellen.
There is a birth in Chorlton, March quarter, 1860 
Lancashire OPC has some deaths 1860/1861 of young Mary Ellens- all too young.

There is a baptism 1854, of a William Thorne Wilson born 1852. Parents are William, a mason and Ann.
There is also a probate record for same name and year of birth. He died in 1920 Salford.
