Paddy O'Connor

Looking for information about Paddy O'Connor.
I am led to believe that Paddy was a proficient fiddle player and that he had a plaque put up in Elphin parish?to commemorate some sort of achievement.
He is also said to have had some sort of workshop in the town were he produced an assortment of wooden tools, cartwheels and musical instruments.
There was also mention of the fact that he invented/improved butter churns??
Am trying to trace him and his siblings especially his brother Peter who was an accordian player of some note as well.
