Could you say how all these Parrys fit with the ones that you already have proved kinship - I'm getting a wee bit confused.

One of my granparents was a Parry, originating from the same local area and, as I think we discussed many years ago, I constructed a database of these local Parrys from the Clwyd booklets.  They are from many different families.

OK - explained by PM - Thanks  :)

The Evan Parry who married Jane William in 1790 was along with Henry Parry(1764) the child of a Thomas and Mary Parry.Evan is showing in the Dinbren area of Llangollen in 1841(Given as Joan on Ancestry!) with Edward(1812) and Grandchildren Martha,Evan and Jane.On the previous page you will find son John born in 1806.

Henry(1764) is to be found in Bury Lancashire in 1841,wife Margaret died earlier that year in Bury.

In the search for Henry Parry who is seen married to Mary in 1851 I have pinpointed three key Baptisms that are shown on Family Search.

Henry Parry,Baptised 17/01/1802.Llangollen.
Henry Parry,Baptised 07/03/1802.Glyn Ceiriog.
Henry Parry.Baptised 14/07/1805.Glyn Ceiriog.

Now the one showing as Baptised in Llangollen in 1802,as I have highlighted elsewhere moved to Manchester and was to marry a Maria Morris at Manchester Cathedral in 1823 and dying in Manchester in 1875.He was the son of a Henry(1764) and Margaret Parry my Greatx4-Grandparents.

It seems that the Henry Parry seen as Baptised in 1805 was to move to the Oswestry area.So by elimination that leaves the Henry Baptised in Glyn Ceiriog in 1802!

A strange/co-incidence or what!

The Glyn Ceiriog 1802 one was also the son of a Henry and Margaret  - just wondering if it's the same one baptised in mother's parish as well  :-\

Have you got details of Henry Parry (slater)'s marriage to Margaret?

My Glyn records only go to 1812 - other than that, it's Family Search ->FindMyPast link

Yes - just looked them up.  The one marrying  Margaret Williams was of St Martins.

No other marriages of an HP in Llangollen, Glyn or Chirk, etc. 1780-1802

No - sadly.  Have you got dates of baptisms of any of Henry b. 1802's siblings?

Leaving aside Ann(1797) for one moment other siblings I've gathered are;

Edward(1806)
David(1808)
Thomas(1811)
John(1814)
Richard(1816)

Some years are approximate as they are taken from those who were in his household in Bury in 1841.
