She isn't with her parents in 1881, so possibly married before then, unless she is working away from home - I can't see her in Cornwall.

Added: Do you have her at all after 1871? I can't see her anywhere unmarried in 1881 and can't find a marriage or death for her either.

A Tree  on Ancestry  has one  of  her brothers   Charles  ,  marrying  in 1867 in Australia  , maybe Emily  went  out  there  ?

Cornwall OPC Database has 4 baptisms to Charles and Susan Oliver - in St Buryan.
