Can this be done ?

Bit of a challenge this one for  someone ?
My ancestor is seated bottom right.The boat is the Isle of Erin, which sank off Orkney in 1908 on route to Uruguay,with the loss of all its crew.
Many thanks if anything can be done with it..or even splash of colour
