Index of gravestones in St Mary's church Brewood.

Hi everyone. A couple of years ago I was aware of an index of grave stones in St Mary's, Brewood.
I now have a new hard-drive and have lost the URL. Does anyone know if it still exists?

Hello, Staffordshire Archives has the Monumental Inscriptions of St Mary and St Chad, Brewood, catalogue ref MI/BREWOOD/1.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to find the list of the gravestones in the churchyard - which was searchable. Their actual location was also shown. My ancestors were not illustrious enough to be recorded on a monument!

I seem to remember a site previously but can't find anything. I wonder whether it was the search website who now appear to do a look up service?

I now know that it was five years ago that I bookmarked: http://www.brewoodchurch.org.uk/gravestones.asp
It certainly isn't recognised today. I've emailed someone at Brewood Church to see if they are aware of anything.

Well it must be about 3-5 years since I saw. Have you checked a any of the free gravestone sites, e.g gravestonephotographic resources or finds a grave?

Yes, I had checked those sites - and very good they are too. Nothing there.
