TROVE has a photo of some 'girls' who came to South Australia for work in 1947, among them a Rose SINNETT.  Hard to guess an age for Rose from the photo but possibly too young.  :-\

There's another photo here which says the girls are from Scotland and has a clearer image of Rose SINNETT.

A follow-up for these girls in 1950 states that Rose is not married at that time.

There are some further mentions you can look up but i have the impression that the Rose in these articles is too young to be the person you seek.
