The missing thing in this thread had been the paperwork in her hands ...

I do think this is a servants' uniform so would have to guess that her room key was at the end of the chain. She wouldn't need her own timekeeper with so many clocks in the "big house" and an unchanging domestic routine. All conjecture of course.

Not a servant's uniform, this is normal daywear for the period.
Watches were a very popular accessory.
Not sure where the big house came from.
Anyway I think we're talking to ourselves as the poster seems to have lost interest.

Could she be the housekeeper, they didn't always wear a uniform as such. Possibly at an YMCA given that's what it looks like on the piece of paper. She is also in a large important building, lots of fine panelling and a very nice stained glass window with one or more coats of arms, or similar, in it.
