Margaret Scillen lived in Wendron, Cornwall?????????????

I am seeking the birthplace of Margaret SCILLEN who married John DUNSTAN.

I believe that they were both born about 1835 in Wendron, Cornwall.

At some time they sailed to Australia as their son John DUNSTAN was Born 24 August 1865 in Daylesford, Victoria, Australian Colonies.

As yet I have not found any evidence as when and where they married.

Can any one help further?

They married at Victoria Australia 1864 reg 3076.John Dunstone and Margaret Skillen.
You can if you want get their marriage certificate.
If I've found the right death for her in Melbourne as Margaret Dunstan 1883 her parents are James a Skillen and Margaret Bagg Reg  number 8936.age 48.
Still can't find a birthplace but would guess Ireland

Could be a family connection

I have no information as when John Dunstan and Margaret Scillen arrived in Victoria. Maybe they were on one of the convict ships

Same Family I would say.
Tthe informant on Margaret Dunstans Death Cert may have got her Fathers christian name wrong.
I dont think ther would be many Sciillens married to a Margaret Begg/Bagg.

Not necessarily a Convict connection, maybe Thomas/James Scillen was a Soldier.

Marriage Cert is a must I would say.
