Travelling back from Brazil 1910
« on: Thursday 21 August 14 09:32 BST (UK) »
I have found one of my ancestors on a ship list travelling back first class from Brazil to Liverpool in 1910. I'm wondering what would he have been doing in Brazil at this time.

What was his occupation?  If it was a short stay it was most likely work related (there would have been a number of goods exported from Brazil to the UK, so it might have been something along those lines).

I'm not sure what his job was at this time. He ended up working for the bank of Cuba. I can't find him on the 1911 census so I think he may have gone to canada around that time.
