Hello! :)

Im looking for relatives or information on the Morralley family in particular descendants of the following

Matthew Morroley  (1717 Hexham - 1759 Ravensworth) married to Margaret Hutton (2nd Oct 1715 Gateshead - ?)

They had 5 children (that i know of)

Thomas Morroley 1739 - 1791

Matthew Morroley 1749 - 1834

James Morroley 1747 - ?

Henry Morroley 1753 - 1833 married to Elizabeth Sheard in 1774 (my 7th great grandfather)

Roger Morroley 1757 - 1793 married to Ann Edington in 1780


I know nothing on Henry's brothers apart from Roger's marriage and would love to know more!

Sarah Lawson, aged 22
of St Andrews parish Newcastle,
I cant read the witness, one being Cockburn
Gunning County Down,Kneale Isle of Man,Riddle Tynemouth,Bibby Kendal/Bradford,Colenso Penzance/Barrow-in-Furness,Steele Corney Fell,Chapman Ely,Dawes Alfreton,Blamire Westmoreland and Ulverston

Also struggling with Henry Morroley's children with Elizabeth Sheard (1750-1802)

David Morroley born 28th July 1774 in Lamesley, Durham

Matthew Morroley born 1774, know quite a bit about him but cant find him after 1804 when he married his second wife.

Henry Morroley born 8th October 1778

James Morroley born 4th March 1781 in Lamesley, Durham

Elizabeth Morroley born 20th July 1783 in Lamesley, Durham and married Robert Lax?

Margaret Morroley born 27th March 1791

Have you checked FreeREG for Marriages?

A Henry MORALEE married 1810 in Lamesley

You have also possibly missed a Child for Henry/Elizabeth baptised Lamesley;
RALPH, 13 April 1788, Father Henry, buried 18 July 1789

Possible Burial also;
MARGARET Moralee, 29 Aug 1794 (no age given)
