It may not be the right one - I may be leading you up the garden path, as there is a brother in 1901

Best to get the marriage cert when he marries Jessie to see who he names as his father to make sure you follow the right person.

Here is the 1901 I fond

14 Pear Tree Rd Raw marsh
Robert Frost 50 boiler tender bn Houghton Norfolk
Mary A 56 bn Hindringham Norfolk
Elizabeth Mary Pashley 26 married daughter bn park gate Yorkshire
Louis Jones Pashley 29 son in law bn castle ton Derbyshire
Joseph 6 grandson bn park gate
Louis 2 grandson bn park gate

We are not allowed to do 1911 look ups, but it would be worth you having a squint at this family to see if they have any younger children called Vera Laurie or bella
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

This family may be worth a look  :)

1891 -

Joseph Pashley   26 b. Aughton, Yorkshire Coal Miner
Eliza Pashley   24 b. Staveley, Derbyshire
Getrude Pashley   3 b. b. Aughton, Yorkshire
Beatrice Pashley   2 b. Aughton, Yorkshire
Lillie Pashley   6/12 b. Aughton, Yorkshire

Mam Road, Aughton, Rotherham, Yorkshire

1901 -

Joseph Pashley   36
Eliza Pashley   34
Gertrude Pashley   13
Beatrice Pashley   12
Lillie Pashley   10
Laurie Pashley   8
Joseph Pashley   6

RG13 Piece 4390 Folio 44 Page Number 24

The 1911 census may show the other siblings (Vera or Bella)  which would give an indication to the correct family but as Lizdb said we are not allowed to do those look ups. However the best way forward would be to purchase Joseph's marriage certificate.

Good find jjen, in reply #10

Maybe that is the right Joseph, and the family I had found was the Joseph who dies in 1915.

No sign of the right sibling names with the Louis Jones and Elizabeth Mary couple, so I was having doubts about them.

Not South Yorks but there were Pashleys in the Underbank area of Holmfirth ( called Wooldale on census) during the 1800's. I recall seeing the name and being surprised because I hadn't though of it as being a Holme Valley name.
