Did the marriage takes place in Britford, if so the following is from the Britford transcriptions.

11 Apr 1680. Moses Blake. By Licence. Elizabeth Mevlion.

West.
Wilts; Willis/Paintin;
Gloucs; Willis.Westbury on Seven.Hathaway Churcham.Sterry Westbury.
Glam; Hopkin.Daniel.Gethin.Brooks
Devon; Jackson.

There won't be a signature at this date.  It is often just a simple one line entry and the surname appears only once.

However, it is by licence so that transcription can be also be checked.  This is it:

Moses Blake Innholder of East Harnham, bachelor & Elizabeth Minchin age 21 of Britford Wiltshire.
Bondsman: John Minchin, coachman of Egham, Surrey

I think it is a question of how you interpret the writing.  Given the disparity, the original much be iopen to interpretation, and only you can  decide which transcription is the closest by looking at the original.

All I can say is that u can mistaken for n and vice versa.  Without seeing the rest of it, it is not possible to be definite.  Even than, what I might interpret it as is not necessarily what other see it as  :-\
