Hello,

I'm trying to help a friend locate a relative, but the information we have is very little.

We are trying to locate (*) born about 1943 in southern Ireland (sorry nothing more specific).

We have a marriage certificate for him in 1970 in Leeds, Yorkshire.
It says (*) was 27 years old at this point, a labourer, and father Thomas Fitzgerald who was deceased was a Taxi Driver.

We believe he had sisters who were religious, but I'm afraid nothing else.

If anyone could help at all, that would be most grateful.

Hi ref your post Rootschat has a policy No searches or discussions on people who may be still living. You could try 192.com for the area he lived in. Good luck :)

There is a Family tree online with very little info but same name gives birth as Dublin & death in London.

There is a Birth record in Ireland for a Aidan G Fitzgerald. Reg District Dublin South Ireland. Date of Registration October Quarter 1938 Mothers name SCOTT. Vol 2 Page 374. You can obtain a photocopy of this birth www.groireland.ie for 4€

The death details for the Death of Aiden Gerald Fitzgerald. Death Registered Nov 1989 Age 50 Reg District Camberwell London Vol 11 Page 1509 :)
