Walter Cooper Flower Born 1860 West Stockwith Nottinghamshire

I am looking for any information for Walter Cooper Flower born 1860 west stockwith Nottinghamshire England. I believe he came over to New Zealand on the 4th August 1881 aged 21 years with his wife Annie on the boat Toranaki from Plymouth. He died in 1954 in Christ Church Canterbury
Any help or information would be very much appreciated. Walter is the brother of my husbands great Grandmother Dianah.

Oops yes it is 1861 Census

Re the Flowers with Walter/Annie in 1881, it has Boarder and Wife. Surname is dittoed.
It may just be a mistake as they are born Macclesfield just like Annie. Her Parents mistrancribed?
More research needed I think.
Will look later as off to Work.
