My uncle travelled to new york about 1958-1960c,he stayed in new york to look for work,with the purpose of finding employment.He was going to send for his young family ,back home in england ,when he got a job.His name was Frank O,Donnell.He was about 40 years old and according to family heresay he became unwell after witnessing the death of a young male in the appartments,where he was staying,my uncle died in england in november 1961 in England.I am sure he flew to New York and back again .Does any one know if there are any indexes in New York which i could accesss to find his movements,i.e.employment,hospital care,hostels etc.He was born in 1918 in irealand.Iknow this is very vague but any information would be most welcome.
