records of British aluminium company Greenock

Would anyone be able to help me find any records for the British Aluminium Company in Greenock for the early 1900's, as i beleive that my Gt Grandfather Walter John Green was works manager around this time, but I would like to confirm this as a certainty. The only other thing that I know about him, is that he lived at 17 Baker Street Greenock.

Is this his marriage? the actual certificate should show his occupation.
Walter John Green to Janet Hunter Laird, eldest daughter of John McCuaig, Glasgow, at 31 Lyle Street, Greenock on 20th September 1913. (Greenock Telegraph 22.9.1913)

Local directories for the period might also help.
1901/1902: Green Walter J., foreman, British Aluminium Co., Limited, 17 Baker st .

Thank you for your help, The marriage must be for his son, bu thanks anyway, I sure hat will be helpfull somewhere along the line. I will certainly do the google search, as i am suprised that he was works manager at an aluminium works, as he arrived in Greeenock as a miller from Suffolk!

It may be that he was very mechanically-minded and was able to adapt the skills he'd learned as a miller to a factory setting.

must have been,...didint get it from his father, ..he was a tailor!

Could I ask would it be possible for you to look for a marriage of Sarah Grren, i know that she was born in 1885, and beleive that she married someone with the surname od donald. I also presume that she lived at Baker Street. Sorry its not a lot to go on, and I do appreciate the help, as obtianing the Scottish details is not so easy in England.
