Both that and the similar book for the Dublin Metropolitan Police are available at the National Archives in Dublin. Then when you have found the service numbers of the people that you are interested in, you can look up their service records on film there, too.

Rathdrum is possibly close enough for to Dublin for either RIC or DMP to be a possibility, if neither was specified.
