The Administration Office (see attached ) within the grounds of Kilvean Cemetery has a plan showing the layout of graves in Tomnahurich Cemetery.
I was allowed to take a photograph of the location of a couple of graves in which I was interested.

Thanks for your reply.
My MacKenzies were from Cromarty and lived in Resolis until the early 1900s.
My Mathesons originated from Lochcarron/Applecross.
I haven't come across any Elders in either family.

This post isn't going to help you much with your current query, but as I haven't had many people researching Agneshill, I thought I would put my twopenny-worth into the ring.

My MacKenzies lived there from before the 1841 census and left in 1891. According to the 1841 census, they seemed to have lived a few doors down from your Elders.

I don't know whether you have visited the area but here's a photo which I took about ten years ago on my last visit. There were only the remains of a couple of former dwellings there.

Just to set the record straight, although it doesn't help your research much.....
There was an Albert Place in Dingwall.
Along with Victoria Place and other roads, it was demolished to make way for the Dingwall Relief Road and extension of Council Offices in the 70s.

I spent some time yesterday, in Strathconon, with the Session Clerk of the Contin Church of Scotland who confirmed that the Church Records of his church, along with most other C of S churches, are with the NLS in Edinburgh.

As said earlier, have a look at the FreeCEN website, there are quite a few records for the MacGregor family in that area.

For instance....."MACGRIGOR (sic), Piece SCT1841/65, Fodderty Parish - Ross and Cromarty, ED5, Folio-0, Page 15.....

"MACGRIGOR, Alexander........" plus nine others.

The cottages were demolished in the sixties and there is now a field of barley waving in the breeze!
