United States of America / Harriet McHenry marriages
« on: Monday 27 August 18 05:01 BST (UK)  »
Hello everyone.

I'm trying to sort out my great grandmother's marriages (on my dad's side of the family). I know she was married 4 times. My grandma recently started developing dementia and told me what little she could remember.

My great grandmother Harriet E. MCHENRY, was born 3/12/1911 in Bloomsburg, PA. She died 8/14/1991 in Berwick, PA.

I know her one husband was Clarence L. BERLIN, and my grandma said two of her other husbands last names were STINER and SWANK. She couldn't remember their first names or anything about the 4th husband, only that the marriages would've been in Pennsylvania.

Trying to find this information about her has been proving to be difficult. I'm looking to find info on her marriages, such as dates and places and hopefully uncover the 4th husband's name. I've done what I could do, but have hit a brick wall. Can anyone help me out?

Thank you.  :)

Canada / Missing birth and death info for Rudy Hockl
« on: Saturday 24 March 18 02:14 GMT (UK)  »
Hi.

I'm having difficulty finding info for my uncle Rudolf "Rudy" HOCKL, seems like records on him are kinda scarce, all I know about him is that he died May 5th 2016 somewhere in Canada...don't know precisely where though. But I can't find anything at all for his birth, or even his marriage to my aunt Maryanne, I've hit a dead end.  ??? Can you guys help me tear down this brick wall? I'd like to know specifically where he died and of course his date and place of birth, their marriage would be great as well if possible.

Thank you.

Oh yeah, I meant 1934...I was kinda tired when I wrote this out, thanks for pointing that out Sandra.

I've pretty much got everything covered for my great uncle Sebert, it's just Norma's death is a mystery I've been unable to solve, I've gotten everything I could get from my mother, and she don't know very much other than what I listed.

Found quite a few things on Sebert, but nothing for her.  ???

United States of America / Norma Snuffer's death

I've been trying to find the death information for my mom's aunt Norma J SNUFFER (née BROOKS) b). 1/23/1924 in Lester WV. Her husband Sebert SNUFFER died last year and I was able to find her birth info from their marriage record that was put up on Sebert's findagrave page, but I haven't been able to find anything for her death. My mom told me what she knew, she said she died sometime in the 1970's in West Virginia from a house fire or something, but didn't know anything else about her. I've used all the resources I've got, but can't find anything. Can you guys help me out, please? Thank you.

Trying to find info on my great uncle Leo DUGUAY, he was the son of Joseph Paul DUGUAY and Marie Ida CHIASSON.

My cousin and I have hit a dead end, we've not been able to find anything on him. The only things we found to his name is he's in the 1940 census with an estimated birth year 1927, and an old newspaper article in Massachusetts announcing his marriage to Alice LAMPERT in 1946. My cousin said her father told her that he died at a young age (like before 30 or so.) in some kind of accident...other than that, we've been unable to find a birth date or place of birth, and no death information. We'd really like to find this out, as it's the only family mystery we've been unable to solve...we don't even know if he had any children or not...it's really odd.  :-\ The two of us have been struggling trying to solve this family mystery for quite a while, but have run out of ideas. Can anyone help us, please? Thank you.

Oh, okay. Thank you.  :) I figured he probably was considering everyone else from that side has already passed.  :-\ If I broke a rule I'm sorry, it was unintentional...

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to find my great aunt's husband (mom's side of the family). I've been unsuccessful trying to find anything about him...except his last name GREEN.

My great aunt, Marie Clarinda DUGUAY (Sometimes her middle name is spelled out Clorinda.) was born 1/17/1926 in Athol, MA. She died 10/31/1986 in Athol, MA. She's the daughter of Joseph Paul DUGUAY and Marie Ida CHIASSON

I've looked around through all I could, but can't find him...I have all my great aunt's/uncle's spouses, he's the only one I've been unable to find. I'd love to have his full name, birth date, place of birth, place and date of death (since they're all from the early 1920's, they're most likely gone by now). Could you please help me find him? Thank you.  :)
