My Ancestry subscription has been renewed on 2nd Jan.
I received no email to say my sub was about to expire and ancestry seem to have the details of my new debit card which I didn't give them. What on earth is going on?

I ordered 2 wills on 9th Nov, one received yesterday (16 days late) and still waiting for the other.
Hit the jackpot with the one I received, 2 children and one grandchild (2nd cousin) fully named
