Other Countries / Miller - Nairobi - 1949
« on: Saturday 12 May 18 05:57 BST (UK)  »
Hello,

I am seeking details about the death and marriage of Benjamin Baskerville Miller (born 1910 Kidderminster England). He served in Kenya during WW2 and returned to marry/live with a local woman of which I have no further details. I located a notice in a Nairobi Government Gazette declaring him an Inspector of Works for the Dept of Agriculture (D.A.R.A.) 18/03/49.

Hello,

I would appreciate any information on my Cooper family line and any subsequent connections in the Channel Islands. James Seward Cooper was born 1839 Steeple, Dorset and served in the Navy during the 1857 China War, I have read somewhere that perhaps Strand House number 6 is where he lived in 1881. His wife Mary Gibbons and children Violet and Edward, regards Jason
