Hi, I am looking for the marriage of Edward Maher to Ann Doyle, c 1820 Rathvilly, Carlow...parents of Edward bapt. 1821,Bridgt 1829,Patrick 1831,Mary 1834...Eliz. (my ancestor) c 1833, cannot find her bapt. have found her siblings as above...I found the above info on ancestry..catholic parish records....I have not been able to find bapt.of father Edward Maher or Ann Doyle...are all the records from Carlow Cath.now on line...?   would appreciate any help....Rob

Hi, Would appreciate info re birth of James Schofield, who joined 48th regt. on 8-8-1806 Dublin,he stated he was 22yrs and 334 days old....born c 8-9-1783...at PRESTWICK, Lancaster...would anyone have parish records for Prestwick ? there are abt. 4 James born in 1783, not sure which one he is, as none mention Prestwick.. I have found  marriage banns  for Jonas Sch.and Mary at St. Marys the Virgin, Prestwick, and a marriage at St. Marys, Oldham....they had a James 26-10-1783...A Joseph and Betty had James 30-11-1783, abode Uen nook...On James cert.of freedom in 1825 (nsw-aust) he stated he was born Oldham...As I am in Aust...do not know where these places are...
