  This is a very kind offer & just shows the friendleness of the people on this site.
  Your proberly snowed under but when you get the time could you check & see if my Gr. Grandad Arthur Alfred Laight is mentioned anyware.
  He was born in 1877 in St. Pancras & joined with the ASC at Aldershot 16th of September 1893. His army number was T/11424. for more info. & pics of him check out the above post "Gr Grandad Laight".

 Hi all
 Wonder if anyone can have a look at the attached photo & give me any info. they can make out e.g. date, reg. e.t.c.
 His name is Arthur Alfred Laight, he was born 1877 in St. Pancras, London.
 He enlisted with the army service corps. at Aldershot in September 1893.
 His reg. no. was T/11424 which he kept until he left the army in Feb. 1920. I know he was part of the Indian army in WW1 but as to what div. I havent a clue.
 He was'nt on the 1901 census & looking at this photo it looks like ones Ive seen of chaps in the Boar war.

The details of a marriage between James Laight & Elizabeth Morris in 1814 at st.George, Hanover square, Westminster.
The details of a baptism for James Laight born 01/06/1794. Baptised 06/07/1794 in st.Mary, st.Marylebone Road, st.Marylebone.
