Hello Everyone I wonder if anybody can help me ,my ggfather Llewellyn TURNER born Wrexham1848 his wife? MARY BRODIGAN born Drogheda Ireland1849 had their first son Thomas Edward Turner born 5 Rifle court Bradford in 1872 it states father working as Labourer in railway station.I have tried everything |I know to find out if they did get married I feel sure they would have done as Mary was R/C had all her8 kiddies christened R/c and sad to say she was buried an R/C when she was only46 years of age ,by this time they had gone back to Wrexham and she did have a priest to bury her although she lays in  a chapel of wales  churchyard. Its a sad tale because Lew ran off with a barmaid when his youngest was only 6 mths old but I would dearly love to make sure there was a wedding,Is there any R/C churches around the rifle court  area  in Bradford  in the  1870,s I thank you all for reading this  and would dearly love to hear back from somebody

hello Yorkshire this is my first posting in your county and I am looking for help,I am trying to trace a marriage for my gg/father Llewellyn TURNER and Mary BRODIGAN,he was born Ruthin Wales in 1848 she was born Drogheda Ireland 1844,I am trying your board because I have tried everywhere and can't find a marriage,I feel sure they would have been married because I have all the Baptism cert for her siblings in Ireland so it mattered to them also when Mary died In Wrexham she was buried in a village churchyard but she did have a catholic priest to Officiate so I reckon they would have been married ,The reason I am trying your board is that they had their first child in Bradford 1872 named Thomas Edward Turner no 5 Rifle court,it states mother Mary Turner formally Brodigan.Llewellyn is down as labourer on the railway Does anybody have any idea how I can check these folk out I know where they ended up and their second son was born in Drogheda after that all the rest in Wrexham.I'm just thinking maybe they had to get married and if they did I think it would of been in Yorkshire Maybe they met there I would be most grateful for any help  thanks Bernie

Hello everyone I am still looking for the Brodigan family,I sent for a birth cert my g/gmother had given birth in Drogheda North St in1874 to a son her name was Mary Turner nee BRODIGAN at the birth was a lady named JUDITH BRODIGAN when I looked her up she was born1793 and she died 1893 aged 90,she died in Termoufeckin? hope I spelt that right,on the death cert it states her son Thomas reported it.I would love to know what connection they had to my g/gmother Mary.My g/gmother had a son also named Thomas and that was not a Turner name do you think the Thomas who reported Judiths death could of been Marys father? Any help would be most appreciated  thank you Bernadine
