Ireland / Walter Lindsey son Francis born in Ireland

Looking to find any information on where my 3rd gr grandfather came from in Ireland.  Son Francis Lindsey was born in Ireland at 1785.  They came to the USA somewhere between 1786 and 1803 as Walter is listed on the first tax records 1903 in Pennsylvania.  I have had no luck on even finding information on Francis's birth.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.  So the family photo your dating 1905-1910.  The second photo with the two gentleman and horses - what date would you put on that?

I was sent a picture via email from a relative and I need help identifying the age however I can not make the image any smaller to post.  It currently is at 711KB and I believe it has to be smaller that 550KB to post.  Any suggestions?
