My great great grandparents  were married , 1890,at the Salthouse New Road Church in Barrow in Furness.According to their marriage certificate they were Bible Christians. Can anyone help in providing a photo of this church or tell me a bit more about it, or details of Bible Christians? Many thanks Sandra :)

Cornwall Completed Lookup Requests / Re: Looking for John NICHOLLS (St Blazey)

To Barabra,Suz and Kris,
Many thanks for all the time and effort you have put into searching the above details.
I had found the Peters connection in the 1861 census, but the second marriage theory did not occur to me and was having a problem trying to find the exact connection with that surname.
John , and his sister Maria in the 1861 census appear to be living with John Peters and his wife.I wonder if the John Peters is their step-father?

Again many thanks, your help is very much appreciated.

I am looking for any further information of John Nicholls( parents or siblings) born c1841 St Blazey,Cornwall. I have his death certificate but that names his parents as unknown. He died in 1905 in New Zealand, occupation was noted as mine manager. He had been in New Zealand 9 years at the time of his death.
He married Amelia Hugoe in 1862 , the marriage certificate names his father as John Nicholls, a miner.

Thanks for the reply Tony.   Yes I have seen that about Frederick 1821, I also know that he married an Ann , and they had  5 children,James,John,Mary,Alfred and Frederick.I can trace down thru my direct line, the Frederick line, and have found some info on Mary, have not been able to trace any of the other children and have also hit a brick wall on information of Frederick 1821 parents or if he had any siblings.
