The death of a Bertie Hambridge, age 71, was registered in the Nuneaton Registration District in the Jan-Mar Qtr, 1966, vol 9c, page 1092.

The age at death (71) gives a birth year of 1895

FindMyPast baptism (image/transcription)

10 Jun 1815, Jane, daughter of John and Anne Llewhellin, abode Westland, occpn. farmer

I've had good look at the Lambston burial register and it certainly looks like age 84 at death for John Llewhellin, Westland.

From FindMyPast

I can see five Lambston baptisms, 1816-1823, to Thomas and Ann Woolcock, abode Westland.

There's a Lambston burial record, 10 Jan 1816, age 84 of a John Llewhellin, abode Westland. Had been hoping to find a Llewelyn (or similar) burial in the Lambston area of a more appropriate age to have married Ann.

I noticed a witness to the 1816 marriage was a Martha Cole and a John Llewhellin, farmer, married an Anne (with an "e") Cole, spinster at Walwyn's Castle, 7 May 1807. Bride's residence was Walwyn's Castle, the groom's Lambston (checked image of parish register) but transcribed as Lamberton by FindMyPast. Need to find a burial of a John Llewellhin between 1807 and 1816?

Thanks for confirming 63A - I had checked it out on Streetview.

The 1951 "old map" of Bath has Newbridge Hill with house numbers and I've been looking at prewar old maps - unnumbered - to compare how much it had changed/developed over the war years.
