The father's surname looks like either DAIX or DAUX both of which seem to be present in the area.  The writer dots his Is but there seems to be an extra stroke.  I agree the mother's surname looks like ANDRE.  Her first name could be Ernelde - don't know if that exists, though it could be a variation on the feminine of Arnould which does seem to be present there.

Just some suggestions.

A note in the margin of Marie Thérèse's birth certificate says she was married  on 20 November 1916 in Amiens to Leonard Athol McKenzie.

An online tree gives the date date of death of Catherine DELESTIENNE (sic) as 7 August 1701 at Ciply, Mons, Hainaut, Wallonie, Belgique, which may be worth following up.

In reply to a post on the relevant Généanet forum someone has said the street map can be consulted at the "archives municipales" in Montreuil-sur-mer:

I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I think that at that time most apprenticeship contracts were drawn up by notaries and would therefore be among their records.  A quick search hasn't enabled me to find out whether they have been indexed specifically or not but I suspect the latter unfortunately.

It definitely looks as if the priest has written "quiton" rather than "quinton" even if you know that was the mother's name.

Could it simply be "céans" = ici même (here) ? Not sure how it was used at the time.
