Looking at various refs, there's a John Hammond buried at Prestwold 1728, grazier of Burton, there's admin for him 1729 and his widow is Ann.

An Ann Hammond of Burton upon the Woulds leaves a will in 1734, she only makes provision for one son who is to be looked after by her brother Thomas Hammond until John is 21.
She also names her sisters Elizabeth ?Hartson and Isabella Hammond

Ann Hartshorn age 26 single, living in Long Whatton

or this ref. as 'Burton Supr Wolds'  :D

Not sure of the initials before Hammond but it includes the mark of Jn Hartshorn

Had a look at the list where it says free pardon for Max, the 2 ladies named in the newspaper article have mitigation for 14yrs transportation to America.

Found the burial date on a ref. list I have

Captain Spencer buried 9 Mar 1783 age 43

In the Hereford Journal 20 March 1783

DIED.
At Worksop, in Nottinghamshire, Captain Spencer, of the Leicestershire Militia.

Have found some baptisms at St. Barnabas as Pattison with birthdates which could be them, parents Henry and Ann
