Hewitt/McColm/Rankin - Wigtown

Does anybody have any connections to Joseph Hewitt and Sarah McColm who married in Wigtown date unknown but presumably sometime before 1793 when their son Joseph Hewitt was born? I do not know if they had any other children.

Joseph married Ann Rankin or Renkin, 21 Mar 1813 in Kirkcolm, Wigtown and they had at least 9 children:
