Ralf Entwistle of Leek

Could anyone help me find the birth of Ralf Entwistle circa 1816 in Leek? On the 1851 census he is living in Manchester and gives his place of birth as Leek. However, on the 1861 census it is indecipherable although Ancestry gives Shawbury I think the word begins with H?

Ralph is married to Elizabeth and has daughters Hannah 1841 and Mary 1856 both born Manchester but I have no details of his marriage.

On the 1851 census Elizabeth gives her place of birth as British Americas and on the 1861 it looks like Macclesfield but once again is difficult to read.

Help!!! It's driving me round the twist trying to sort this one out.
