Try
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp

Select IGI put this number in
M021805  enter Fisher  select England and Berkshire
and
M021805  Chapman in Berkshire

I found that she married a William Burgess 2/2/1884 in Tilehurst Berkshire (Tilehurst is on the Western outskirts of Reading) her father was George Fisher
Hope this helps,

Lynn,

The only Fanny FISHER of approx the right age was b c 1881 in Chieveley (I can find her in the 1891 census living with her family at Oare, Chieveley).   Moving forward to 1901, there is a Fanny CHAPMAN married to John in Bradfield with Flossy (possibly) FISHER neice staying with them.

As she is listed as b Chieveley in 1891 and b Oare in 1901, I am fairly certain this is the same person.

I can't see a birth record for Fanny in the right time frame or location.

Harry
