The magic box is up and running again and with all the above information the first finger on my right hand will get a good workout!
For Thelma you asked the names of the Kidd children I received the information from a gentleman older than myself and there are not that many around! All the Kidd family according to the said gentleman went the countries then known as the Empire but the majority went to Canada, The names and approximate years of birth are 1 Mary Jane Elizabeth 1877, 2 Thomas James 1879, 3 Francis James 1880, 4 Ernest Frederick 1880, 5 Caroline 1881, 6 Alice Margaret 1883, 7 Anna Mildred 1885, 8 Edward George 1887, 9 Caroline Frost 1889, 10 Janet May 1891, 11 Ethel Dorothy 1893, 12 Robert Frederick 1895 & 13 Daisy Miriam 1899 ( there could be more!)  The mind boggles at what the meal  times would have been like in that house,
For Josephine, That Sarah is one of the few Norfolk Piercy's that do not belong to me at this stage.
Thank you, Dennis

I think that this might be they in the 1881....
Frederick KIDD  Head  25  Weston, Norfolk, England      Agricultural Labourer
Charlotte KIDD  Wife 24 Kerdiston, Norfolk, England      Labourers Wife
Mary Jane Elizth. KIDD   3      Kerdiston, Norfolk, England      Labourers Daughter
Francis James KIDD     1      Kerdiston, Norfolk, England      Labourers Son
Ernest Freddy KIDD 1 m      Guestwick, Norfolk, England      Labourers Son

Found a Charlotte on the 1911 but dates & Children's names don't match up....
Not complete, so may still have been there!

Might be a needle in a haystack but there are some here...in Saskatchewan

http://www.saskhomesteads.com/search.asp
Found many Kidds here on the homestead index...although no ages,
so makes it hard to pinpoint

You may want to browse this index with surname only and see if
there are any matches of your names as parents...  J.J.
