Can someone find them in 1871 and 1841 ?

Frederick came to Australia in 1880 and we are trying to find out the rest of the family for a friend as she has no details of the family in England.

Thanks so much
Alex and Jan

Here is Robert in 71.  Having trouble locating Frederick I'm afraid.

RG10/1817 Folio 64 Page 6
Bethel Street
Norwich
Norfolk

(Lodging with Henry REED, licensed Victualler)
MILLS Robert P, Lodger, 63, Excise Officer, b Cromer, Norfolk

==============================================

Emily is in London

RG10/337 Folio 71 Page 68
12 Marchmont Street
St George Bloomsbury
Middlesex

(Lodging with Edmund PEEL, Cooper)
MILLS Emily, Lodger, Married, 66, Annuitant, b Cotton, Norfolk

==================================================

Here is the family in 1841.  The 41 does not record marital status, relationships within families or exact place of birth.  It only indicates whether or not someone was born in the census county.  Adult ages are often rounded to nearest 5.

HO107/1028/9 - 49
Double Street
Framlingham
Suffolk

MILLS

Robert, 30, Excise Officer, No
Emily, 35, No
Fanny, 6, No
Daventry, (male) 4, Yes
Victoria, 1, Yes

There is a Frederick born circa 1841 Suffolk living in Islington.  He is a carpenter by trade, with wife Mary and children James, George and Alfred.

If you think that he could be your man, then let me know and I will trancribe the details.
